Hi Karla!!  I just wanted to send you a quick thank you note.   I haven't seen you in a while mostly because of my crazy work schedule;  but I think of you girls often.   Joe and I  completed the tough mudder this weekend as you already know,  but the reason I was able to push through and finish was because of the things you taught me.  You showed me how to dig down deep and "fight for it".  I heard those words in my head a lot on Sunday and I helped get me through.  You are an inspiring person and you've really showed me how to push myself and that I'm worth it :).  I can't thank you enough for teaching me how to go beyond what I thought I could... My goal for the weekend was to finish this race and we did it :). I did have your voice in my head and for that I thank you!!!

Power is what defined our class today.  And, powerful can describe our dear breast cancer survivor Irina who marked her 3 year anniversary of being cancer free today!  Her talk was moving, her story is inspiring and her love for life is captivating.  May you all be inspired to move in your own authentic way and be motivated to do more with your time.  It is my mission to connect with you so that you believe in you not in me , a class, a video, a trainer, a pill, etc.  But to believe in you and your authenticity, a blessing from a higher being that has given you a purpose on earth.  Let Irina's story, the synergy we shared in class and my words inspire you to thrive in your power.  Thank you to all of you who shared this remarkable time with us.  WHAT DO YOU THINK, CLICK TITLE TO POST.  Namaste, Karla

Special thanks to Sudor Taino family member April Burby who has given so much of her time and dedication to the Hartford Police Activities League by means of soliciting merchandise and monetary donations.  She is truly an angel and it is always important to acknowledge your angels!  Thank you and all the kids at PAL are reaping the benefits of your kindness and we as simple people are marveled and inspired by your humanity.

This trip to visit the most elite instructors in the industry clarified so many things for who what legacy I want to leave with the people I serve everyday.  From Billy Blanks to Louis Van Amstel from Dancing with the Stars to mind and body specialist like Lawrence Biscotini.  Such an honor for all of us yummy girls to be in the their classes but more of treat to be able to look inside yourself and find out something new about yourself.

Each one of us took away something different and whether the experience was cheesy, intense or delicious it served its purpose.  So many things can happen to your mind. body and soul if you let them happen.  We are blessed to have experienced it all with the support of our wonderful families at home that recognize the importance of feeding the yummy!

Until next year yummy girls, I love you all dearly.  And, who knows if we will be rocking the ECA stage!

Women committed to lives with Passion!

 

Wow, October 1, 2011, we were up at 5 am for the 6am live NBC 30 Morning News broadcast, we were all so precious!  Sudor Taino family members were there with coffee and energy drinks in hand and we delivered an energetic interview and short demo!  After our news appearance, we were off to my mom's house for yummy oatmeal.  At noon, we were back for our half hour demonstration which was full of delicious energy!  Everyone raved about it.... we even pulled in the photographer.  A little bit of everything was a whole lot of something because we have a very unique dynamic. It is fitness with passion and a commitment to lives with passion!  It is so good to not walk in a place to promote my business but to promote a lifestyle that can or cannot include my classes.  Now that feels simply yummy and delicious! 

Thank you to my yummy friends, supporters, participants and most importantly to my higher being which allows all of us to co-exist and me to lead in touching the lives of so many people! 

Congrats to the beautiful and talented young ladies of the Backstage Academy of Dance, En Fuego Company who put on a marvelous demo at the festival on 10/2.

So Lee Gluck, the best Librarian and yummy human - involved Sudor Taino in Whiting Lane's Peace, Love and Pizza event in preparation for Connecticut's Peace Walk.  We made peaceful movements with all the children and yummy friend Irina (life coach) made peaceful talk.  Whit this combination, a smile emerged from the faces of all the kids present.  Whiting Lane is part of the Sudor Taino family forever.  Thank you to everyone who was a part of allowing Sudor Taino to leave its peace & love in the air at Whiting Lane. Congrats to yummy girls Carli Kilcommons, Omayra Martinez, Kate Riley, Lee Gluck and Sarah Mangiafico who all passed Sudor Taino's in-house Authenticity Building course, "How to be an "A' Instructor/Teacher.  The"A" is for Authentic and  each of them were pushed to illuminate their special light within their very own capacity.  The course consisted of a written test and practical test which was not easy by any means.  So let's give them a round of applause for their awesome efforts and courage to take themselves into the unknown to face their passions and fears head on.  Kisses and hugs to all of you, I am extremely proud.

There are so many things that I could say about the Big Dig, that there is  nothing really to say if that makes any sense at all.  It served its purpose and delivered with a mind and body workout.  Emotions were high but the cleansing of self limiting beliefs was higher.  The negative was heavily focused on but only to dispell it with the positive.
Irina's work and passion falls right into the ideology of Sudor Taino's, fitness & life with passion.  Our minds, our hearts, our bodies and souls, collaborated to bring you awareness that it is time to start walking, looking, talking, acting and most of all valuing yourself for the true, authentic diamond that you are.  I thank my girl Irina for sharing her light with all of us and for daring to bring life coaching into the fitness room with me.
I am truly blessed to be right with so many diamonds.  I don't need a mansion, a limo or unnecessary material things.  For today, on the 3 year anniversary of the small seed I planted with faith of Sudor Taino touching lives, I feel that I am one of the richest women in the world to be surrounding by so many beautiful and authentic diamonds.  Thank you all for trusting us and congratulations on being re-born!

Blessings to all of you and each of your declarations.  May the pink stones remind you to love yourself and others with passion and may the diamond remind you of the diamond that lies within that yummy and delicious center.
